This piece is simply titled "Knuckles," as I didn't have the title as my primary focus while drawing this. I just wanted to attempt to draw Knuckles, and, I've gotta say, this is not bad at all for a first try. It took about 1.5 hours in total. I think the shading in this one is more sensical than my "Sonic Rush" piece. I haven't learned much, I just decided to go helter skelter like the last time lmao. So yeah, enjoy! This piece is simply called "split." It took around 2 hours to complete. I've always liked to think of Sonic.EXE and Sonic to be one of the same, but separate. I feel like Sonic.EXE might've originated from Sonic's pent-up anger and hatred, but ended up forming into its own being of malice, insanity, and destruction; a being of pure evil and terror. Hey, y'all. This is the first piece I've uploaded since late 2021, about a year and a half ago. There is no name for this piece. It took about 20 minutes to complete. It was the first commission I've sold, and I'm super stoked. Basically the dude wanted me to draw a Sonic OC named "Slugs the Raccoon." To be quite honest, when I look at him, I think of Conker. This is something I drew for a friend a couple weeks ago. This piece took about 3 hours to complete. Decided to make a kindly gesture, and this came of it. This was something I made as a final assignment in my graphic arts class at EHS. This piece took about 14 hours to complete. I wanted to challenge myself by making a full piece of art, rather than some lousy Photoshop work. I really like how it turned out. This piece is titled "Self Reflection." Onyxx is a trans woman, but she can't help but to remember her past self, from before she felt like she belonged in her body. It was supposed to convey the feelings of body dysmorphia, and identity crisis. This piece took about 3 hours, 15 minutes to complete all the way through, from sketch to final product. I call this piece "Ghetto Blaster." I really love music. It is my favorite form of artistic expression. I also like boomboxes. But most "old school" people refer to them as "ghetto blasters," because of the stereotype that only ghetto people used them. (Is that racist? I'll fix it if it is)! Anyway, this piece took a grand total of 4 hours and 45 minutes. But then again, there is a lot going on, compared to a lot of my other art. You can also see that I've improved a small amount since "Self Reflection." (These two pieces were only weeks apart). I'm really proud of how this came out. I'm honestly also a little surprised. I call this one "Psycho Killer." Yes, after the song by Talking Heads. This is an old(ish) OC of mine named Jasmine, and she's just a bit cuckoo. Okay, maybe a lot cuckoo. And if you couldn't tell, I've got a new art style going on. It's most obvious in how the piece is colored. Looks like a traditional piece, which was my aim. Hell, it fooled a friend of mine. I call this one "Scram!" for... well, obvious reasons. A little bit ago, I was on a kick with drawing Claire cuz, well, look at her. She's really fun to draw. She was my favorite OC of mine for a little while. I just loved how she was designed. The reason for everything being so purple is because I tried (and failed) to do a black light effect. It didn't work, but who cares when you have realistic thigh squish? I decided to draw this, because I realized that, the past couple of times I had drawn Claire, she was pointing aggressively at something. This one is untitled. I couldn't think of a fitting name. Its placeholder name is "Onyxx Sitting on a Tree Branch." It took a few hours. This was just posture practice. I don't draw people sitting, mainly cuz I could never do it well. But now, obviously, I can. This piece is aptly called "Fuck TERFs." I think you'll be able to figure out why. But Onyxx, as a trans woman, does not appreciate TERFs very much. Why is she in a laser tag arena? Cuz I wanted to do a bedroom background originally. I really messed it up to the point where I'd have to redo the whole thing. But I didn't feel like it, so I went neon. I call this piece "In Da Club" cuz it looks like she's in da club lol. In all seriousness, I wanted to experiment with art styles a little bit, and I found something that really works with Onyxx. I kinda got tired of the pencil vibe cuz it's so much work to get it to look right. The colors look slightly more vibrant because of the shading technique I used, and it looks terrific, in my humble opinion. Her boobs are also too big for her dress, and they're kinda... Trying to escape. This took me like 5 to 6 hours of work in total. I'm super pleased with the end result, and will continue to use this style until I've mastered it. (uploaded January 30th, 2024. This piece is called "Putting on a Show." For what reason? Who knows? There isn't a reason. It's just called that. Wanted to try a new style cuz the previous one wasn't itching my brain the right way. And I do have to say, this looks damn nice. Sorry for the body being a bit fucky, this was my first time doing an angle like this. Anyway, this took like 4 hours. I feel like, as I improve, it'll start being faster to make stuff. I call this one "Midnight Stroll." Just a cozy drawing of Reggie walking home from the skate park late at night. With his skateboard on his back, and a doobie in his hand, he braves the cool night alone. I really dig how this came out, and I think it looks so good. This piece took like 4 and a half hours in total; from the sketch to the final image. So not that long, but there also isn't a ton of detail, so that helps. I call this piece "Chill." Little-known fact: Jackie is from the slums. They've got money, they're not poor. But it's cheaper to live in the bad parts of a town.
Anyway! This piece took a total of like 4 hours. About an hour for the sketch, and 3 hours for the digitization process. The beer can label is just an image I warped to fit the dimensions of the can. The graffiti was made in a web-based photo editor, then plopped in with some effects to make it look worn.

I call this one "Rate the Fit." Decided Onyxx should have a redesign, since I hate drawing big boobs, and her hair was getting annoying. Plus, big muscle on girl=sexy. Anyhow, I just wanted to do something silly, and seldom-detailed. I'm trying to put more detail into my shading to add depth, and I feel like I've succeeded so hey, thumbs up!! So I call this one "Dork." Yes, I know, very creative. I wanted to give Jackie fluffy hair instead of quills for two reasons. One: hair would be easier to draw than quills. And two: it fits their personality WAY better. But I felt making it completely black would pretty much remove all the charm of their previous design. All green and green highlights didn't look too good either. So fuck it, black with green tips! Other than a new septum piercing, (and an industrial for each ear, and nipple piercings), their design is pretty much exactly the same. Anyway, the sketch took about an hour, I'd say. I should really start timing myself, huh? The digital stuff took more like 3 hours. So 4 hours in total. I know the arm holding the skateboard is a little funky, but just ignore that. I call this "Goobers." Yes, Reggie and Jackie are a thing. The little rat pulled such a bad bitch by being autistic (and cute). Guess who tops? This was my first time doing ship art, and my first time drawing a piggyback ride. I'm really, really, really proud of how this came out. It's really good for a first go at something this "complex," in my opinion. Anyway, the sketch took like an hour and a half, and the digitization process took 3 hours. A lot on the digitization process was done free-handed. Like Reggie's head. It was hiding behind Jackie's. His legs were also shorter in the sketch. It's definitely a bit messy, but hey. I call this one "Twerp!!" Well, another month, another Onyxx redesign. I was tired of muscle girl Onyxx, and decided to bring her back to the status of "curvy goth girl." She also regressed back to a wolf. Her fur patterns remain unchanged, but her hair color, clothing and hair styles, and some piercings have changed. You'll also notice the new art style. I call this one “Chill Out, Man.” Just something nice and cozy I decided to do as a sort of personal thing. I don’t draw Reggie as much as I’d like to, and I figured I’d give him real nice treatment and give him a whole scene piece. After all, I do that quite often when I draw Reggie.

Anyway, this piece took about an hour and a half to sketch out. I knew from the very beginning what I was wanting to do. Just him, chilling on the floor. My first idea was him messing with his bass guitar, but I don’t know how to draw people holding guitars. Like with the hand placement and such. So I just made it easier on myself by having him smoke a joint.

The digital stuff was the worst part. It took 5 hours to do. The line art was easy enough. So wasn’t the coloring. The shading was the worst part, (as per usual). But once that was done, I could add small details that would help give the piece wayyy more depth, like slightly blurring the foreground and background, and making the shading more intense on the background. After that was all set, I added an AI interruption layer so things like Dall-E mini can’t use my art. And yeah, I guess that’s it. I hope you dig. Later, dorks!

Hey, gang, got more goodies! I'm calling this one "Feelin' Fruity." Here, you've got Reggie, who... well, feels fruity! He got them rainbows and that blåhaj in between dem thighs. I don't have a name for this one. Well, I do, but it's long. The title is quite literally the caption overlayed on the picture. I wanted to draw something with Reggie, and I had the awesome idea of just doing a Snapchat story-like thing. Think back to "Rate the Fit." Similar concept. But I wanted a different vibe. More like... A nervous suitor taking Reggie out to paint the town red, perchance. So I just drew him standing and looking kinda shy. The background is traced over a photo of my living room, and the Linkin Park poster is (obviously) just a jpeg. To get the carpet texture, I put a darker shade under the floor color, then used an airbrush particle eraser on the floor color.

This is the second request I did for @tttwaf on Twitter/X. It was essentially the same idea as the first one, just combine aspects of two characters to make one character. This one was a little easier to do, because I wasn't combining a shark and a wolf; I was combining two mammals this time. I call this one "prom queen." It's a direct sequel to the Snapchat one. Reggie did manage to go out on his date, since his suitor overcame shyness. But it looks like the poor, little rat's meekness still remains. I had a lot of fun with the lighting and shading on this one. It was the first time in a while I've done tinted highlights, so that's pretty cool! Other than that, not too much to say about this one. Just felt like drawing him in a pretty dress. I don't have a name for this one, but it's not date related. He's just hanging out with a new friend he made, and he wants to know if they've got similar music taste, or not. Reggie really likes punk rock, and he really likes the Offspring. Like, that's not the only punk rock band he likes, that's just one of his favorites. His main favorites are The Misfits and Dead Kennedys. I've learned a little bit about backgrounds since I made this, since this background is not that great. What does look great, though, is the joint in his fingers. It looks less like a charcoal blending stick, and more like marijuana. I know the foot looks weird, and the tail looks sloppy. This is a redraw of "Ghetto Blaster." "Ghetto Blaster" was the first real piece I made at the beginning of my improvement arc. Meaning, I wanted to try and improve as an artist, and "Ghetto Blaster" was my first piece where I applied those improvements. At the time, the improvements were few and far between, as the proportions and anatomy were still way off. Now, nearly a full year later, I decided to redraw that piece, applying all I've learned and all the techniques I've since developed. Almost every detail is the same. The clothing, the style of boom box, the basketball court in the background, and a weird perspective. I'm really, really proud of how this one came out. I fear I might have ate with this one. I call this piece "Piss Peak!!" Reggie and Jackie are dating, as you know. And they were just kinda walking to a new skate spot when they saw an old, deteriorated sign for Bliss Peak State Park. They thought the condition it was in was really funny, so they had to bust out the wojack poses. I'm really proud of how it came out. It took over 7 hours to do, and it consists of 88 layers, most of which belong to the trees in the background. The perspective of the road is a little weird, but I'm still really proud of the background as a whole. (uploaded September 30th, 2024. Happy new year! This piece was a commission for my good friend, @jackassyeen on Instagram. They had asked for an unshaded half body, of their OC Jayden drinking a boba tea. It's really simple, but I think it adds a nice bit of quaintness to it. I forget how long the sketch took cuz I did it so long ago, but the digitization process took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Most of that time was trying to get the tea to look accurate to the reference image they sent. If I did this piece again, I'd add very basic cel shading instead of having it just flat. This is a redraw of "Got A Light?" My art has improved vastly from 2023, and even the first half of 2024. I better understand things like lighting, shading, perspective, and scale. So, I decided to draw one of my favorite pieces as if I made it now. I love the original "Got A Light?," because it cemented the fundamentals of Reggie's design; every other change made was put over that basis. However, as time goes on, the art we make becomes less impressive to us. When I look back at the original "Got A Light?," I don't think it looks good. It's definitely got charm, but it's really ugly otherwise. The sketch for this took roughly an hour, and the digitization process was an additional 5 hours and 40 minutes. This piece was such a privilege to work on, and I'm happy I've improved to the point where I'm able to do redraws of stuff I had only drawn a year prior. (uploaded February 5th, 2025. I call this piece "Ugh!" Can you guess why? For people who haven't been to the Adult Corner (18+), this is Monica. She's a spoiled brat, but she's also really cool. She's just got a wicked temper. There's not much to say about this piece, it was just an excuse to draw Monica. I'm trying to put more effort into stuff like shading, and the cloth "physics." I like to think it paid off, especially with the text bubble. Fun fact: the text isn't a real gradient. Take a closer look in Examples! (uploaded February 5th, 2025. This piece was a commission for @Maxomatosis_ on Twitter/X. They requested a shaded full body of their OC, Steve, leaned against a wall and playing a PSP Go. This piece was a lot of fun to work on, and pushed my lighting and shading experience. I'm really proud at how I made the light from the fire, and the light from the screen of the PSP, reflect off of Steve's face and glasses. I forget how long the sketch took, but the digitization process was about 3 hours. The only thing I don't like about it is how scrunched the arms look. (uploaded February 5th, 2025. I call this one "RAWR" for a pretty obvious reason. Onyxx is a bit of a scene queen, and I figured I'd lean into that pretty heavily, at least once. Other than that, not much to share except this piece took 6 hours for no reason. Probably cuz I had to keep fixing her hair, which I'm still not 100% satisfied with. (uploaded February 5th, 2025. This piece is untitled, so I've just been calling it "Cool Boy Reggie," cuz he's really cool. I must admit, I'm very cringe. I do a lot of roleplay on Discord, and I described a moment like this in one of the roleplays I was doing. So I decided to draw it out cuz it sounded like a cool idea. And by God, was it ever. I love how this came out. I'm really proud of the lighting, and the contrast it provides. I used a lot of cues that I used in the redraw for "Got A Light?," and it seems to have worked well. This one's just called "Jackie." Cuz it's just Jackie sitting on some stairs. It's been a while since I drew them last, and I felt the hair wasn't the best choice for them. Honestly, the quills fit them the most. This piece took 8 and a half hours, and it's also my first piece on my new phone. My new phone came with a stylus, so this was good stylus practice.
